The two participant has demonstrated the competence to prepare an “Inventory of Hazardous Materials” (IHM) with reference to following:
– Hong Kong International Convention for the Safe and Sound Recycling of Ships 2009
– EU Ship Recycling Regulation (EC 1257/2013)
