With more than 25 years in the maritime industry, Pauli Joensen brings a rare combination of hands‑on seagoing experience, senior management leadership, and deep regulatory expertise. As a certified Master Mariner with an MA in Transport & Maritime Management, he has built a career supporting vessel owners, operators, offshore companies, and fisheries across the world.

Pauli has worked on nearly every major vessel type — from shuttle tankers and subsea vessels to ferries, offshore construction ships, research vessels, and factory trawlers. His background gives him a practical, operational understanding of maritime challenges, paired with the strategic insight needed to solve them.
